We met eight years ago and quickly discovered a shared spark — not just for each other, but for dreaming big. For years, we talked about building something of our own, something that would allow us to give back, serve others, and build a legacy together.

After navigating through our fair share of trials, setbacks, and learning curves, we found our common purpose: bringing people joy through celebration. For the past three years, we’ve worked tirelessly to bring this dream to life — creating a company rooted in love, community, and reliability.

The heart of McGhee Event Supply was inspired by our two amazing sons, Carter and Cole. They’ve always lit up with excitement at birthday parties and bounce houses, and their joy planted the seed. But as parents, we noticed how hard it could be to find reliable, quality service for events — and that’s where we knew we could make a difference.

At McGhee Event Supply, we don’t just provide rentals — we help create lasting memories. Whether you’re throwing a birthday bash, hosting a family get-together, or planning a big celebration, we’re here to make the process smooth, reliable, and full of heart.

Terms And Conditions

By placing an order with McGhee Event Supply, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are binding upon all customers and may be updated without prior notice.

1. Liability Disclaimer

McGhee Event Supply is not liable for any injuries, accidents, property damage, or losses resulting from the use or misuse of our rental equipment or supplies. The renter/lessee assumes full responsibility for the safe and appropriate use of all rented items during the rental period.

2. Security Deposit Policy

A $100 deposit is required for all orders. This deposit serves to:

Secure your booking, and

Act as a security deposit against potential damage, loss, or misuse of equipment.

Deposits are refundable if all rental items are returned in the condition they were delivered and will also be refunded in accordance with the cancellation policy listed below.

3. Invoicing and Final Payment

Once your order is placed and confirmed, an invoice will be issued reflecting the final price due. This invoice will incorporate:

Any discounts or promotions

A detailed breakdown of services and rentals

The remaining balance (excluding deposit), which must be paid in full before the setup for said event

Failure to make full payment prior to setup will result in cancellation of your order and may result in forfeiture of your deposit.

All orders are subject to $25.00 setup fee and $30.00 delivery fee for deliveries over 20 mi and $45.00 delivery fee for deliveries over 50mi

4. Accepted Payment Methods

Final payments (not including deposits) must be made using one of the following accepted methods:

Cash

Credit/Debit Card

Venmo

PayPal

Cash App

We do not accept checks, Zelle, or any other payment methods not listed above.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are eligible for a refund of your deposit as follows:

Full refund if canceled 48 hours or more before the scheduled event

50% refund if canceled less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours before the event

No refund for same-day cancellations

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.

6. Weather Policy

For outdoor events, McGhee Event Supply recognizes that imminent or unexpected inclement weather may pose challenges. If weather becomes a concern:

The renter/lessee will not be penalized for cancellations or rescheduling due to weather.

McGhee Event Supply will work with the renter/lessee in good faith to agree on a rescheduled event date at no additional cost.

McGhee Event Supply reserves the right to deny bookings for events held outdoors during inclement weather, in the interest of safety and equipment protection.

This policy does not apply to indoor events, which are not subject to weather-related cancellation terms.

7. Service Interruption & Company-Initiated Rescheduling

In the rare event that McGhee Event Supply is unable to deliver rental equipment or services due to unforeseen circumstances:

We will notify the renter/lessee as soon as possible.

If both parties can agree to reschedule the event to a future date, the renter/lessee will receive a 35% discount on the rescheduled booking, in addition to any other discounts already applied.

If a rescheduling agreement cannot be reached, a full refund will be issued.
